Lapco Outlet Return & Exchange Policy

Final Sale Policy

All purchases made through Lapco Outlet are Final Sale. We do not offer refunds for any items purchased from our outlet store.

By completing a purchase with Lapco Outlet, the customer acknowledges and agrees to this Return & Exchange Policy, including that all sales are final and refunds are not offered.


Exchanges

We do offer exchanges within 30 days of the purchase date for the following:

  • A different size
  • A different item of equal or greater value

All exchanges are subject to product availability.


Exchange Requirements

To qualify for an exchange, the following conditions must be met:

  • Exchange request must be made within 30 days of purchase
  • Proof of purchase is required
  • Item must be in original condition
  • Tags must still be attached
  • Item must not be worn or washed

Items that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted for exchange.


Shipping for Exchanges

Customers are responsible for all shipping costs related to exchanges, including:

  • Shipping the item back to Lapco Outlet
  • Shipping the exchanged item back to the customer

Lapco Outlet does not provide prepaid return labels for exchanges.


How to Request an Exchange

Customers may request an exchange by:

  • Contacting our store within 30 days of purchase, or
  • Using the Self-Serve Return Portal on our website.

Once an exchange request has been submitted or approved, the item must be shipped to our store.

Packages must be labeled with the name of the original purchaser so we can verify the order in our system.

Items received without verifiable order information may be refused.


Clearance Items

All Clearance Items are FINAL SALE ONLY.

Clearance items cannot be returned, refunded, or exchanged.


Customer Responsibility

Customers are responsible for:

  • Ordering the correct size and product
  • Reviewing and agreeing to the Return & Exchange Policy before purchase
  • Paying all required exchange shipping costs

Lapco Outlet reserves the right to deny exchanges that do not meet policy requirements.

    • Orders after 10 AM (USPS) ship next business day
