Our inventory consists of LAPCO FR brand second quality goods.

Items may

  • have imperfections,
  • be production samples,
  • be irregular,
  • be discontinued,
  • be over stock

All items are sold AS IS. 

Our factory seconds are garments that have slight imperfections or incorrect measurements that prevent them from passing our quality control screening. We also occasionally have garments that have been discontinued from our retail line and are no longer sold. Our outlet store products are sold at discounted prices, making them perfect for anyone looking for a great deal or who doesn't mind fixing a minor flaw.

Our outlet store items are limited stock items and are available on a first come, first serve basis.

Shipping is not included in the product prices and will be calculated in your cart during checkout.

NO Returns or Refunds 

All Sales are Final. No Returns or Refunds will be accepted. 

Exchanges

Exchanges for a different size will be accepted within 30 days with proof of purchase and are subject to availability. All exchanges must be in its original condition with tags attached. Contact us within 30 days to request an exchange. Please keep the following in mind during the exchange process:

  • - Shipping will be at buyers expense for all exchanges. 
  • - We can only exchange once per receipt.
  •  - A copy of your receipt with the order number, phone number and email will be needed with package.
  • - Upon receiving your package, we will contact you to do your exchange and email the cost of shipping. 

Processing & Shipping Information

When will my items ship? 

  • Processing Time - All orders are typically processed same day or next day. Orders with taping or embroidery are processed once received from customization. 
  •  

  • Some delays in Shipping may occur on discontinued duck outerwear.  If  our discontinued duck outerwear is not in our inventory, it will be processed and shipped once it is received from our local warehouse.
  •  

  • Shipping Time - Shipping time will depend on the service level you choose during checkout & destination location.
  •

    USPS Priority Mail 2 - 3 Business Days
    UPS Ground 1 - 5 Business Days

     

  • Orders are not processed or shipped on Sunday's or holidays. 
  •  

  • When your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number and estimated delivery date.
