All items are sold AS IS. 

Our inventory consists of NEW LAPCO FR garments that did not meet our quality control screening. We also occasionally have garments that have been discontinued from our retail line and are no longer sold. Our outlet store products are sold at discounted prices, making them perfect for anyone looking for a great deal or who doesn't mind fixing a minor flaw.

Our outlet store items are limited stock items and are available on a first come, first serve basis.

Shipping is not included in the product prices and will be calculated in your cart during checkout.

Exchanges / Refunds

All sales are final. There will be no refunds. We do accept exchanges, for a different size or a different product of equal or more value. Your exchange will be accepted within 30 days with proof of purchase and are subject to availability. All exchanges must be in its original condition with tags attached. We will not exchange items that have been washed or worn. Contact us within 30 days to request an exchange or use our Self Serve Return Portal on our website. Once a request is made or you have contacted us via phone or email, ship your item(s) within 30 days of purchase to our store;

All Exchanges are at customers expense. You will be responsible for shipping cost to our store and shipping cost, for your exchanged item, back to you. We will contact you once we receive your exchange. 

Clearance items are FINAL SALE ONLY! We will not accept any Clearance items for returns, refunds or exchanges.

    Processing & Shipping Information

    When will my items ship? 


    Processing Time - All orders are typically processed same day or next day. Orders with taping or embroidery are processed once received from customization. 

     

    Shipping Time - Shipping time will depend on the service level you choose during checkout & destination location.

     

    When your order ships from our store, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number and estimated delivery date.

    USPS Priority Mail 2 - 3 Business Days
    UPS Ground

    1 - 5 Business Days

     

    USPS orders are not processed or shipped on Sundays or holidays. 

    UPS and UPS Next Day Air are shipped same day if ordered before 3pm. ALL Orders after 3pm on Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays, will be processed and shipped on Monday morning.
