Our inventory consists of LAPCO FR brand second quality goods.

Items may

  • be production samples
  • be irregular
  • be discontinued
  • be over stock
  • have reflective tape

All items are sold AS IS. 

Our factory seconds are garments that have slight imperfections or incorrect measurements that prevent them from passing our quality control screening. We also occasionally have garments that have been discontinued from our retail line and are no longer sold. Our outlet store products are sold at discounted prices, making them perfect for anyone looking for a great deal or who doesn't mind fixing a minor flaw.

Our outlet store items are limited stock items and are available on a first come, first serve basis.

Shipping is not included in the product prices and will be calculated in your cart during checkout.

Exchanges / Refunds

All sales are FINAL. No refunds or returns will be accepted. Exchanges for a different size or other item will be accepted within 30 days with proof of purchase and are subject to availability. All exchanges must be in its original condition with tags attached.  Use Exchange Portal, located on our website, within 30 days to request an exchange/gift card. Please keep the following in mind during this process:

  • -  All exchanges/gift cards are done through Exchange Portal on our Website located on the sidebar.
  • -  Shipping will be at buyers expense for all exchanges. 
  • -  Your name, order number (FOS) and contact information will be needed with the package for all exchanges.
  • -  Once we receive your package, your exchange will be processed.
  • -  Any item approved for an exchange/gift card, through our exchange portal, will be given a digital gift card via email.
  • -  All exchange gift cards have a 1 year expiration from date activated.
  • -  All rules also apply if you were sent an item in error. Please contact us at 985-380-5677 for a return label. Once you receive the label you have 30 days to ship the item to our location or the label will be voided.
  •  - Clearance items and customization with logo or name are FINAL SALE ONLY! We will not accept any Clearance items nor will we accept personalized customization with logo or name for returns, refunds or exchanges.

    Processing & Shipping Information

    When will my items ship? 

  • Processing Time - All orders are typically processed same day or next day. Orders with taping or embroidery are processed once received from customization. 
  •  

  • Some delays in Shipping may occur on discontinued duck outerwear.  If  our discontinued duck outerwear is not in our local inventory, it will be processed and shipped once it is received from our other warehouse. Allow 2-3 business days before it can be processed and shipped.
  •  

  • Shipping Time - Shipping time will depend on the service level you choose during checkout & destination location.

  • Orders are not processed or shipped on Sunday's or holidays.
